SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
We use Australia Post for all shipping (Parcel Post or Express Post).


IN-STORE PICK UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the above local pickup locations.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days.

ALL NOR ORDERS GET PICKED UP ON FRIDAYS BY  COURIER WE DO NOT GET GIVEN ANY TIMES OF PICKED UP FROM ROCKINGHAM TO TRANSPORT  TO NOLLAMARA.
IF YOU ORDER AFTER THE DRIVER HAS BEEN AND NEED YOUR ORDER URGENTLY THERE IS AN EXTRA FEE.

PLEASE NOTE FOR EXPRESS TO NOR WILL INCUR A FEE THAT WILL BE INVOICED TO YOU.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mcreations28@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


RETURNS

All purchases made on our site are final sale. As our products are custom made with your desired designs, we do not accept returns. Once a design is agreed upon between you and Mcreations, and production has started, the order is non refundable.

WE DO NOT REFUND POSTAGE COSTS. 

Change of mind returns are not accepted.
